By requesting a quote or booking a job with Go Forward Haulers & Removal, you agree to the following terms.
All prices are based on photos, job description, location, and labor requirements. Final pricing is agreed upon before the job begins. By confirming a quote, you authorize Go Forward Haulers & Removal to perform the described service at the agreed price.
Additional charges may apply if the actual job scope is materially different from the photos provided — for example, significantly more volume, unexpected heavy items, stairs, or access difficulty. Any changes will be communicated and agreed upon before additional work is performed.
Payment is due upon agreement to the quote, before the job begins unless other terms have been agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and card. Property management companies with established accounts may be eligible for Net-30 invoicing.
Go Forward Haulers & Removal does not haul the following items:
If hazardous or prohibited items are discovered during a job that were not disclosed, we reserve the right to decline removal of those specific items. The remainder of the job will proceed at the agreed price unless the scope is significantly affected.
We take before and after photos on every job for documentation purposes. These photos may be used on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not wish your property to appear in marketing materials, please inform us before the job begins.
You may cancel a scheduled job at any time before the crew departs for your location at no charge. If the crew has already departed and you cancel upon arrival, a trip fee may apply.
Go Forward Haulers & Removal is locally operated and carries commercial liability insurance. We take reasonable care to protect your property during service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of job completion.
