We do not collect payment information through this website. Invoicing is handled separately after you accept a quote.

Information you provide — including form submissions, uploaded photos, and Facebook Messenger conversations — is used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Generating an accurate quote for your job
- Scheduling and confirming your service appointment
- Communicating with you about your booking or job status

Photo Submissions and Messenger Data
Quote requests and photos submitted through our Google Form are stored in a private Google Sheet accessible only to Go Forward Haulers & Removal. Photos are not stored on this website.
If you contact us through Facebook Messenger, messages and photos shared in that conversation are used only to provide your quote and schedule your service. We do not use Messenger data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to your job request. Facebook's privacy policy governs your use of the Messenger platform. We retain job records and photos for operational purposes and remove them when they are no longer needed.
Cookies and Tracking
We may use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website — for example, which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked.
